Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders, both domestic and international, will be shipped either through our own courier, LBC, TNT, Grab or Lalamove. You may choose your own shipping from the methods provided during check out.

Additional charges associated with shipping internationally are not included in our rates and are beyond the control of Saxa Print House.

Timing on International Shipments

Saxa Print House cannot guarantee delivery dates as packages go through customs. There may be additional charges through customs that are not included in our rates and are beyond the control of Saxa Print House. The customer is responsible for these charges.

International Ownership

The customer owns any product order once it has been purchased. Saxa Print House will only be responsible for orders as long as they are in the Philippines. Once any product leaves the Philippines and enters customs and/or the postal service of the receiving country, Saxa Print House is no longer responsible.

Return & Exchange Policy

All exchanges and returns will only be processed with prior notification.

With respect to products damaged upon delivery, you must request an exchange within 48 hours of receipt. You may request an exchange by emailing info@designerscereal.net or calling 817-7008. We will make plans for the return and replacement of the damaged product.

With respect to UNOPENED packages, you must request a return within 72 hours of receipt. You may request your money back or item replacement by emailing info@designerscereal.net or by calling 817-7008.

With respect to OPENED packages, requests for return and/or replacement maybe accepted or denied, upon customer service assessment.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, Saxa Print House will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. Saxa Print House does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

Policy Changes

Saxa Print House reserves the right to update or modify the policies at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these policies whenever you purchase products from us or use our website.
